摘    要:文章介绍了一种新型湿度检定箱,其温度控制采用高效气液换热,湿度控制采用干湿气混合法反馈控制原理,湿度测量采用红外激光吸收式湿度传感器。通过实验测试,新型湿度检定箱的温度、湿度均匀度和波动度都优于目前计量测试部门使用的所有湿度检定箱,且测试室容积大,可对毛发湿度表(计)、干湿表等大型测试仪表和湿度传感器等进行检定测试,还可同时进行温度校准,具有很好地推广应用价值。

Abstract:A new humidity calibration chamber is introduced in this paper.The temperature control adopts high efficiency gas-liquid heat transfer,and the humidity control adopts the feedback control principle of dry-wet gas mixing method,and the humidity measurement adopts infrared laser absorption humidity sensor.Through experimental tests,the temperature,humidity uniformity and fluctuation of new humidity calibration chamber are superior to all humidity calibration chambers used by current measurement and testing departments,and the test room has a large volume,which can test large-scale test instruments such as hair humidity meter,dry-wet meter and humidity sensor.At the same time,it can also be used for temperature calibration,which has a good value of popularization and application.
