| 摘 要： | 对叶片角度自动调节式斜流泵叶轮的结构进行了介绍,对其加工工艺进行了分析。为了解决加工中面临的问题,设计了一套加工工装和一套组合式平衡工装。通过应用所设计的工装,实施相关加工工艺,保证了叶片角度自动调节式斜流泵叶轮产品的质量。

| Abstract: | The structure of the blade wheel of the diagonal flow pump with self regulated blade angle was introduced,and its processing technology was analyzed.In order to solve the problems faced in processing,a set of processing tools and a set of combined balancing tools were designed.Through the application of the designed tools and the implementation of related processing technology,the quality of the blade wheel of the diagonal flow pump with self regulated blade angle is guaranteed. |
