| Abstract: | The progresses made in the development of machining techniques and equipment of MEMS are presented in this paper, including micro lathe turning, micro drilling, micro milling, micro stamping and micro factory. The dimensional accuracy of parts machined with these techniques has been within a micro meter, and they have the unique advantages for manufacturing micro three - dimensional structures. |
