| 摘 要： | 将专家系统理论与数据库技术相结合，以国际铸造技术协会国际委员会CIATF的铸件缺陷分类体系为基础，开发了一套铸件缺陷分析专家系统。该系统以示意图和缺陷图片等作为识别向导，通过友好的用户界面可实现7大类、112种铸件缺陷的识别，进行缺陷原因诊断并提出防止铸造缺陷的对策建议；利用知识获取和系统维护模块，可以维护和扩充系统知识，不断完善系统，使其更加符合各企业的实际情况。

| Abstract: | Based on the casting defects classification system of CIATF, a casting defects analysis expert system is developed, in which a combined technology of Expert system and database is used. With the guide of the casting defects sketch maps and photos, the system can be used to identify 112 kinds of casting defects classified by seven categories, to diagnose their causes, and to give the remedies respectively. With its knowledge acquisition and system maintenance modules, the knowledge base of the system can be maintained and expanded to improve the performance of the system constantly to fit the actual sit uation of foundry industries. |
