现代机械产品设计在新产品开发中的重要作用--兼论面向产品总体质量的"动态优化、智能化和可视化"三化综合设计法

机械设备正在向高效化、精密化、智能化、集成化、数字化方向发展,对机械设备的设计质量提出了愈来愈高的要求,现代机械产品设计在新产品开发中起着头等重要的作用.讨论了产品广义质量所包含的内容,阐明了产品的设计对产品综合广义质量(包括结构性能、工作性能与制造性能)的重要影响.提出了一种基于动态优化设计、智能化设计与可视化设计(局部虚拟设计)的三化综合设计法,介绍了该法的主要内容和特点,所提出的这种方法可以在较大程度上满足用户对产品综合广义质量的要求.该法已在某些新产品开发中加以应用,取得了良好的效果.

IMPORTANT ROLE OF PRODUCTS DESIGN OF MODERN MACHINERY IN THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS-- STUDY ON THE THREEFOLD SYNTHESIS METHOD "DYNAMIC DESIGN, INTELLIGENT DESIGN AND PARTIAL VIRTUAL DESIGN" FACE TO PRODUCTS GENERALIZATION QUALITY

The machinery and equipments are developed toward high-efficiency, more precision, intelligent, integrated, and numerical directions now. It is strict more and more to the requirement of design quality of the machinery and equipment. The most important role of product design is paid in the research and development of modern machinery and equipments. The contents of generalization quality are discussed and the effect of products design on the synthesis quality of the products such as construction characteristics, working characteristics and manufacturing characteristics are explained. Three fold synthesis design method based on "dynamic design, intelligent design and partial virtual design" is submitted and the contents and its characteristics are explained. These requirements to the synthesis generalization quality of the products in the wide range can be realized by means of this method. The method is used in the practice of several products design and the more efficient results are obtained.
