计入表面粗糙度效应的动载轴承的润滑分析

摘    要:将平均流量模型与Hahn法求解思想结合起来,提出了计人表面粗糙度效应的动载轴承润滑分析的数值求解方法,考察了不同的轴颈方差比、表面方向参数和表面粗糙度对动载轴承润滑性能的影响。利用该算法分析了4105柴油机第一主轴承的润滑状态,计算结果表明:第一主轴承处于完全流体润滑状态,降低表面粗糙度可以减小摩擦功耗。

Abstract:The avenge flow model and Hahn method are intendedfor the first bine and the numerical method on the lubricatinganalysis of the dynamic load rough journal bearing is put forwwh.Federmore, the effects of dtherent variance ratio of the journal,sudsce Pattern parameter and roughness on the lubricatingPerformance of dynamic load rough journal bearing are investigated.Based on the method menhoned above, the lubricating properties ofthe first main beding of 4105 diesel engine are analyzed. Thecalculated resultS show that the first main bearing is in fullhyedynamic lubrication regime and the POwer loss can be reducedby decreasing the sthece rouglmess Of bearing.
