基于统计分析的电火花线切割加工稳定性研究

摘    要:研制了电火花线切割加工间隙放电状态检测系统,并运用时序分析理论中的统计检验的方法对加工中由正常放电相对时间比率值构成的时间序列进行了分析,指出了电火花线切割加工稳定时的正常放电相对时间比率值构成的时间序列的统计特征。提出用量纲一波形参数——峰度值(峭度系数)来判断电火花线切割加工的稳定性,用试验的方法研究了该方法的可靠性,为采取适当的电参数控制策略,提高加工稳定性提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:A new monitor system of wire Electrical discharge machining is reported. Statistical testing is applied to analyze the normal discharge sequence,which is made up with the time ratio of normal discharge. The statistical analysis shows that the normal discharge sequence of a stable WEDM machining is a stationary Process and has normal distribution. Kurtosis of the normal discharge sequence is chosen to judge the stability of the machining process. Experiments show that it can online precisely detect the disturbance during machining process, which is an important basis for the machine control system to adopt proper strategies to improve machining efficiency.
