疲劳裂纹三维动态扩展灰色系统预测

摘    要:基于系统的观点和腐蚀深度、高载系数和载荷循环等外界因素对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响分析,应用灰色系统预测模型对疲劳裂纹的三维扩展进行动态预测和影响因素分析,建立了疲劳裂纹三维动态扩展灰色模型和灰色残差模型,对某试件疲劳裂纹三维动态扩展进行了拟合和预测,表明灰色系统模型具有较好的拟合度和较高的预测精度。

Abstract:Based on the viewpoint of system and the effect analysis of exterior factor on fatigue crack growth such as corrosion depth, high-load coefficient, loading cycle, and so on, the grey system prediction model is established and applied to the dynamic prediction for three-dimension growth of fatigue crack and the effect factor analysis. The grey model and residual difference model to the dynamic prediction for three-dimension growth of fatigue crack are presented and applied to match and predict some certain testpieces' three-dimension dynamic growth of fatigue crack. The result shows that the model matches well and the prediction precision is high.
