压电驱动与控制技术的发展与应用

摘    要:压电驱动器是利用压电体逆效应形成机械驱动或控制的一类装置。由于压电体具有反应快、精度高和抗干扰等优点,因而由其所构造的驱动与控制装置结构简单、反应敏捷,受到国内外科学家的广泛关注。目前已被开发出的压电驱动与控制装置主要有超声波电动机、精密驱动器等,并在国防、生物医学、光电子等诸多领域获得成功应用。介绍国内外压电驱动与控制技术领域的研究现状及实际应用情况,给出一些具有代表性的机构实例,同时对相关性能做出评价。

Abstract:The piezoelectric actuator is a kind of device which gets the mechanical actuating or controlling ability by use of inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material. The device, actuated and controlled by the piezoelectric material, gets the simple structure, prompt reaction and the wide concern of the scientists, just because of the advantages of the piezoelectric material, such as rapid reaction, high precision, the ability against interfering. At present, the developed devices with piezoelectric actuation and control are mainly ultrasonic motor and precise actuator etc, widely and successfully used in the national defence, the biomedicine, the photoelectron and so on many fields. The research actuality and application in this fields are introduced. Some representative device examples are given here. And there are some evaluations about the relational performance .
