负载模拟器的评价指标体系

摘    要:总结了当前流行的评价标准,指出其优点和不足,然后从两个方面论述了负载模拟器的指标体系与性能要求:一是从单纯的载荷谱动态跟踪精度出发来评价负载模拟器,提出通过研究舵机本身的运动特性与载荷谱特性来进行加载系统的设计;另外一个方面是从舵机测试需求的角度提出对负载模拟器的跟踪精度的要求,着重讨论了加载精度和舵机位置动态刚度对舵机测试精度的影响。

Abstract:The electro-hydraulic load simulator is a key equipment for hardware-in-loop simulation of aircraft. The simulation creditability is directly related to the load trace precise. There is no identified estimation standard for it now, which causes some misunderstand for the design and implementation. Some estimation methods are summarized, which problems are disclosed. Furthermore, it is illustrated from two sides. First, presents the evaluation methods for the performance of load simulator; On the other hand, to require the performance of the load simulator by evaluating the actuator, mainly discuss the influence of the dynamic stiffness of the actuator.
