机床服役过程机电主传动系统的时段能量模型

摘    要:机床能量消耗问题的研究正在国际上兴起,机床能量消耗系统的建模问题是其热点问题之一。现有的功率方程或功率传输模型是一类描述能量变化率的瞬态能量模型,应用于实际生产现场的多时段和多传动链组成的机床服役过程(Machine tools’ service process,MTSP)尚存在困难。为此,从面向应用需求出发,对MTSP机电主传动系统(Electro-mechanical main driving system,EMDS)的能量模型进行研究。对MTSP的输入能耗过程的时段分类特性,不同能量传动链和多传动链特性进行分析;建立一种面向多传动链的机床EMDS功率方程;在此基础上,建立MTSP中EMDS的时段能量模型的基础模型;并面向生产现场实际,通过分段建立表格函数和数据拟合函数,将十分复杂的各启动时段能耗和比较复杂的各空载时段能耗的分析和获取变成简单函数处理,形成MTSP中EMDS的实用化能量模型。分析和案例结果表明,上述模型在MTSP的能耗研究、能效评估、能耗定额制定、切削工艺参数节能性优化等一系列问题解决方案的研究和应用方面能够提供一种基础支持;具有较广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Energy consumption of machine tools is studied widely, and the modeling of the energy consumption system is one of the hot issues. In view of the difficulties to apply the existing energy models, including typical power equations and power transmission models, to describe the energy consumption state of the machine tools’ service process (MTSP) which is usually featured with multi-periods and multi-transmission chains in practice, the energy model of electro-mechanical main driving system (EMDS) for MTSP is researched. The period characteristics of input energy of MTSP are analyzed, and the different energy transmission chains and multi-transmission chains features are studied. One power equation of EMDS for multi-transmission chains of machine tools is proposed. Based on the analysis, the fundamental period energy model of EMDS during the MTSP is established. In order to make the model adapt to the practical production situation, the data collection and analysis of energy consumption of starting periods and idle periods are simplified by sectional table functions and data fitting functions, so the practical energy model of EMDS during the MTSP can be obtained finally. The case shows that the proposed model can provide supports for the energy efficiency research and assessment, energy quota determination, cutting parameters optimization for energy saving and other problems of the MTSP.
