轴流泵端壁间隙流动特性的数值研究

摘    要:基于N-S方程,标准k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法,在三种叶端间隙、三种工况条件下,对轴流泵端壁间隙流动进行了数值模拟。重点考察了叶端间隙流动对叶轮出口流场及性能的影响。数值结果表明,间隙增加,扬程下降,特别是越在小流量工况下越明显。

Abstract:Three-dimensional tip clearance flow in axial-flow pump is simulated based on N-S equations, standard k -e turbulence model, and SIMPLEC method, with various tip clearances of blade and work conditions. The influence of clearance flow on flow fields and performance of the rotor is investigated emphatically. The numerical result shows increasing the tip clearance will reduce hydrostatic head, especially at small flow rate.
