机床在线监测与突发故障自动保护系统的研究

摘    要:针对汽车工业等制造业的特点研制了关键设备的在线监测与突发故障自动保护系统。选择与机床工作状态因果关系明显的主驱动系统电流、功率、扭矩、电网电压及机床振动等信号作为在线监测信号。采用阈值监测模式,选用STD总线结构的工业控制计算机,以双机并行工作的方式构成模块化实时监控系统。并实际应用于工业现场,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:A system of on-line monitoring and automatic protection from unexpected faults is researched for crucial tools in manufacturing line according to the characteristics of main drive systems which are selected as the monitoring signals. The system adopts the monitoring model which coalesces the control of threshold and time, and is structured with industrial controlling computer automatic protection. This system is applied to industrial ground and proves its effectiveness in monitoring and controlling.
