车辆电磁制动器电磁体磁场分析

摘    要:采用有限元法建立电磁体-摩擦环三维模型。考虑电磁体和摩擦环之间的磁接触,对电磁体进行电磁场分析,得到电磁体内部磁感应强度关于电磁体长轴呈对称分布,而关于短轴呈不对称分布的结论。分析了气隙大小对于电磁吸力的影响,得到了电磁吸力-气隙关系曲线,最后利用电磁体试验台,对电磁吸力-气隙关系曲线进行试验验证。

Abstract:A 3D electromagnet-iron plate model is established and finite element method (FEM) is used to analyze magnetic field of electromagnet. The magnetic contact of electromagnet to iron plate is considered, the conclusion that the magnetic induction density inside of electromagnet distributes symmetrically about the major axis and unsymmetrically with regard to the minor axis is put forward. And then, the curve between electromagnetic force and air gap is gained by analyzing the influence of air gap on electromagnetic force. At last, the curve is testified on electromagnet test-bench.
