摘    要:承载接触分析(LTCA)对于检查弧齿锥齿轮在工作条件下的啮合性能,并设计高性能的传动具有十分重要的意义。在载荷较大且误差存在的实际工况条件下,弧齿锥齿轮的边缘接触往往是难以完全避免的。提出了边缘接触的几何分析方法,准确确定了边缘接触点;又通过齿面搜索确定了两齿面间的相对主曲率方向,即载荷下的可能接触方向和可能接触点;最后采用数学规划方法成功求解了边缘接触,为弧齿锥齿轮的承载啮合全过程的数值仿真提供了方法。

Abstract:The loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) plays an important part in designing the spiral bevel gear drives with high performance. The tooth edge contact of spiral bevel gears in operating is unavoidable, specially under bearing loads. But the tooth edge contact is ignored frequently which makes the analyzed results to deviate from real operating conditions. An accurate and very convenient edge tooth contact analysis technique of spiral bevel gears is developed, by which the contact points on tooth edges could be determined. Further, the main directions between two tooth surfaces on every edge contact point, that is, the possible contact point pairs, are found by a numerical search method. Finally, the tooth edge contact problem is resolved successfully. The compared and analyzed results show that the tooth edge contact has considerable influences on the strength and dynamics behaviors of spiral bevel gears and a complete engagement course under load can be obtained.
