| 摘 要： | 为了提高产品仿真建模的效率并增强仿真模型的可重用性,提出了一种机械产品虚拟样机运动模型的构建方法。利用仿真组件表达产品机构的设计知识,描述了机构中与运动学相关的各种信息。建立了关键设计参数与产品CAD模型设计信息之间的相互映射关系,通过修改关键参数实现快速重用机构的运动仿真模型。采用数值算法对模型进行分析求解,获得产品机构中各零部件的各种运动行为数据,并在虚拟环境中进行了运动仿真展示其运动学行为。该方法在虚拟环境下机械产品性能评测中得到应用,并利用某型号汽车的转向和悬架系统进行了验证。通过仿真实例表明,该方法具有较好的实用性和扩展性。
