基于无线终端的车间生产信息管理系统设计

目前信息技术发展迅速,经济全球化的趋势越来越明显,现代制造业面临的竞争也越来越激烈,实施企业信息化战略势在必行。生产信息管理系统已经成为了企业信息化解决方案中的关键途径,而生产现场的数据采集又是实施生产信息管理系统的拦路虎,阻碍离散制造企业的信息化发展。根据国内离散制造企业的特点和需求,总结出适用于离散制造车间的生产管理流程,提出了信息管理系统的总体框架,设计了基于无线采集终端的车间生产信息管理系统。

Design of Manufacture Management System Based on Wireless Terminal

Nowadays,the globalization trend of economic development becomes more and more apparent with the rapid development of information technology and the modern manufacturing industry is faced with more and more fierce competition,so that the implementation of information- based strategy in the enterprises must be enforced. It is key method to build up a production management information system,which can be used to solve the problem of information- based construction in the enterprises. At the same time,the data collection from the production spots is the obstacle to building up the production management information system,which blocks the information- based development of the discrete manufacturing enterprises. According to the manufacturing characteristics and demands of the current domestic discrete manufacturing enterprises,this paper concludes its process which can be applicable to the discrete manufacturing workshop,puts forward the overall plan about the data collection in the production spots and designs its,the system based on wireless collection terminal.
