直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计及有限元分析

摘    要:基于Pro/E软件的程序和族表两种二次开发工具与三维造型相结合,详细讨论了直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计的方法和步骤.利用生成的参数设计模型,生成了一个齿轮实例零件,并利用有限元分析软件Patran/Nastran划分有限元网格,定义边界条件和载荷,对齿轮的弯曲强度进行分析计算,得到齿轮的应力分布云图,从而检验设计参数的合理性.

Abstract:Based on the development tools of Pro/E program and family table,combined with three-dimensional modelling,this paper discusses the means and steps of spur gear parametic design in detail,uses the created parametric model to generate a gear part and uses the FEM software to create the meshs and to define the terminal condition and loads to get the FEM model.Through the FEM model analysis,the stress fringe of gear is obtained to verify the reasonableness of design parameters.
