薄壁套的加工工艺与夹具设计

摘    要:根据薄壁套零件的结构特点,在进行零件的工艺分析的基础上,制订了零件的机械加工工艺.根据薄壁套零件的加工特点,设计了一种径向夹紧的车床夹具—可胀锥度套胀紧夹具.该夹具以零件的内孔定位,加工薄壁外圆,夹具结构简单、夹紧可靠、操作迅速方便.经生产实践使用证明,采用可胀锥度套胀紧夹具车削薄壁零件,既保证了加工品质,又提高了生产效率.

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of thin-walled part,the machining process of part is carried out based on the process analysis.A radial clamping lathe fixture which can swell teperinglg is designed.The inner bore of part is used as a location face for the excircle machining of thin-walled part.The structure of the fixture is simple,clamping reliability is good and it is easy to operate.The production practice proves that it is used not only to ensure the process quality,but also to improve the production efficiency.
