| Abstract: | If the linear motor is used to drive systems dirctly,it has the advantage of simple structure,transient response,high speed and fast acceleration,high accuracy and little noise over conventional lead screw drives.This paper introduces the principle and structure of the linear motor,and its application in the CNC machine tools and then reseaches on the current status and trend of the control technology of the linear motor direct drive system. |
