摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了喷涂机械臂三维有限元模型,采用耦合重合节点自由度的方法模拟,并获取了相应的6阶固有特性参数,找到了结构的振动薄弱部位,为结构的改进提供了一定的依据.

Abstract:The ANSYS is used to establish 3D finite element model of a 6-DOF Manipulator.The joints are simulated by coupling the degrees of freedom of the coincide nodes.Then natural vibratory frequencies and modal vibratory models of the lower six orders are obtained,and the vibration weakness of the structure is found out,which gives the basis for structure improvement.
