摘    要:对刀建立工件坐标系是数控加工操作的重要内容.正确的对刀操作,建立工件坐标系,编制符合加工工艺要求的数控程序,这是零件加工精度的保证,也是实现数控机床高精度和高效率的基本要求.从数控加工的对刀技术与程序编制的理论要求和实际应用两个方面进行了分析与探讨.

Abstract:It is an important item to set tool and establish workpiece coordinate system in NC machining operation, Correct operation of the setting tool, establishing workpiece coordinate system, working out NC programme in accord with machining work are required to ensure the parts machining precision, this is also a basic require ment for high precision and high efficiency of the NC machine tools. Both the theoretic requirement and the practice applications are analyze and discussed.
