ANSYS的丝杠模态分析

摘    要:丝杠是机床进给系统中十分重要的部件,然而传统的解析方法难以完成精确全面的计算和分析,因此必须对丝杠进行动力学研究。讨论了如何运用先进的有限元分析软件ANSYS对丝杠进行模态分析;研究了丝杠的无阻尼自由振动;得到了系统的固有频率和振型。

Abstract:Leading screw is very important part in the machine tool feeding system. However the traditional analytic way can not finish the accurate and complete calculation and analysis. So it is very necessary to make dynamic research on leading screw. This paper describes how to use the advanced and powerful FEA software ANSYS to do the modal analysis on leading screw, which studies the undamped free vibration on leading screw, then gets the intrinsic frequency and the vibration model.
