摘    要:对KFW2框架式断路器指示机构作了简单介绍,运用CATIA软件的强大曲面设计功能和ADAMS软件的机构运动仿真功能对KFW2型框架式断路器中指示机构的关键零件模型进行了结构优化设计和运动分析,有效地解决了原型样机中存在的指示不准确、受力较大、运动连续性差等问题,分析结果表明,所提出的方法对KFW2框架式断路器指示机构的设计及分析是有效的。

Design Optimization and Kinematics Analysis for Indicator Mechanism of KFM2 Frame - type Circuit Breaker

Abstract:It introduces briefly indicator mechanism of KFM2 frame-type circuit breaker. Based on the powerful surface modeling tool of CATIA and the mechanism kinematics simulation tool of ADAMS, it carries out the structure de sign optimization and kinematics analysis for the key components of indicator mechanism in KFW2 MMCCB. The results show that the proposed approach could solve the problems of inacctmate instructions, large internal force and weak kinenatic consistency effectively in W2 prototype. The analysis results show the method is effective for designing and analyzing of irfdicator mechanism of KFM2 frame- type circuit breaker.
