基于仿真技术的电容屏生产线平衡研究

摘    要:以V公司电容屏后段生产线为研究对象,运用eM-Plant仿真软件对生产线改善前现状进行建模仿真,通过仿真找出生产线中的瓶颈工序,运用生产线平衡优化方法对相关工序进行了改善,使得电容屏生产线平衡率、产能、生产效率及产品良率等都有显著的提高,从而降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Taking the segment production process of V company capacitive screen production line as an object,it applies eM-Plant to simulate the bottleneck of production line and analyzes the present situation of production line.Based on the production line balance optimization method,it improves the related procedure,increases the capacitive screen production line balancing rate and production capacity,production efficiency,reduces the production costs.
