摘    要:提出以具有零温度系数的场效应晶体管代替普通晶体管作为LC振荡器的有源器件。理论和实验证明,该振荡电路具有更高的频率稳定度。

Abstract:A high stability LC-oscillator with a zero temperature coefficient field effect transistor (FET) as its active part is presented. It is demonstrated theorectically and experimentally that this kind of oscillators possesses higher frequency stability than those with ordinary transistors as their active parts.
