摘    要:研究了PDC刀具的切削参数对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明进给量和背吃刀量是影响切削力的主要因素,切削速度对切削力的影响较小。小进给量、高切削速度有助于提高工件表面光洁度。

Abstract:This paper studied the influence of PDC reamer cutting parameter on cutting strength and coarseness degree. The results show that the speed of moving reamer and the deep of reamer acception are the main influencing factor,and the cutting speed influence little. Little deep of reamer acception and high cutting speed can improve the surface coarseness degree.
