绕丝筛管缝宽快速测量技术研究

摘    要:绕丝筛管在石油生产防砂措施中应用广泛,现有的绕丝筛管缝隙检测方法仍存在一些不足,针对4m长绕丝筛管,提出了一种"光学瞄准+光栅读数"方式测量的新方法,并搭建了实验平台,通过分析测量数据表明该方法测量精度可达0.03mm,测量速度0.25s/缝,测量速度比现有的方法有大幅提升。该方法对大密度、微小缝隙测量有重要意义。

Abstract:Wire wrapped screen is widely applied in mechanical sand control of oil exploitation. Traditional measur- ing methods have several limitations. A new detecting method which optical switch combined with grating reading will be provided here to solve the being issue. The experimental measuring system has been designed and constructed based on theory analysis. The new methods could achieve the accuracy of 0.03mm, speed of 0. 25 second per slit and increase measuring speed a lot by analyzing experiment data. It has important significance for the measurement of micro gaps with maximum density.
