豪克能技术在汽轮机转子加工中的应用

摘    要:豪克能表面加工技术在汽轮机转子轴颈中的应用后效果明显,表面粗糙度达到Ra0.2以下。重复加工而不出现表面硬化层剥落,而且对机床精度无损伤,同时设备操作简单方便,性能稳定。

Abstract:Application of hawking surface finishing technique in machining of shaft neck shows good result with sur- face roughness of RaO. 5 or less. This technique can applied repeatedly without spalling of the surface hardness layer and is no harm to machine accuracy. At the same time, the machines adopted were operated conveniently with stable perform- ance.
