| 摘 要： | 全面分析了产生HSK主轴-工具系统不平衡的因素，利用公式计算了不同刀柄和刀具平衡精度等级对整个系统平衡的影响程度，从设计、制造、装配和使用四个方面提出了提高HSK主轴-工具系统平衡精度等级的控制策略。

| Abstract: | The factors causing the imbalance of HSK spindle-tool system was analyzing,using the derived equation,calculates the affecting extends of whole system’s balance with various balancing accuracy class of toolholder and cutter,the controlling strategy of increasing HSK spindle-tool system’s balancing accuracy class was presented from the ways of design,manufacturing,assembling and operation. |
