分度板检测数控机床回转轴定位精度与误差分析

摘    要:介绍了自制标准分度板配合电感测微仪,替代多面棱镜加自准值平行光管,检测数控机床回转轴定位精度的方法,提高测量效率降低测量成本,并通过误差分析验证了该测量方法的准确度,保证了数控机床回转轴线定位精度的检测要求。

Abstract:A new NC machine tool rotary axis position accuracy detect method by using standard index plate combined with inductance sensor replace multiple prism combined with autocollimator are introduced. The measure efficiency was improved and the measure cost was reduced by using this method. The method’s accuracy was analyzed and verified, and the rotary axis position accuracy detect requirement was ensured.
