摘    要:提出一种将双目立体视觉技术应用于孔心距测量的新方法,并开发了相应的测量系统。考虑到Hough变换非线性、速度慢的缺点,采用了最小二乘椭圆拟合算法计算孔心距。实验结果表明,该测量方法兼具高精度和高速度,可满足高精度实时在线测量的需要。

Abstract:A new method to measure the distance of two hole centers by using the binocular stereo vision technology was presented, and the relevant measuring system was developed. Considering the non-linearity and lower speed of Hough transform, the least squares fitting of ellipse was applied to calculate the distance of two hole centers. The experimental results prove that the measuring method featured both high accuracy and high speed can satisfy the demands of on-line and real time measurement with high accuracy.
