基于逆向工程的四刃硬质合金铣刀型线的研究

摘    要:将逆向工程引入硬质合金铣刀型线的研究,利用万能工具显测量铣刀横断面的测点坐标,将数据输入MATLAB软件,利用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,得到四刃硬质合金铣刀的型线方程,为铣刀的精确建模奠定基础。

Abstract:Based on the reverse engineering theory,the profile equations of the cemented carbide milling cutters are researched.The coordinates of points measured with the universal tool microscope are got,the measured cross-sectional data are input MATLAB software and the profile equations of the cemented carbide milling cutters are derived by used least squares curve fitting method.The result of the research is laid a foundation for the accurate modeling of the milling cutter.
