钛合金高速铣削刀具磨损机理和预测方法研究

摘    要:钛合金的加工非常困难,刀具磨损严重。为了尽可能减小刀具磨损,在高速铣削状态下能预测刀具的耐用度,本文研究了在高速铣削钛合金时刀具磨损的机理,并提出了一种基于切削试验的刀具磨损预测方法,建立了粗、精加工两种状态下刀具磨损预测数学模型,研究了顺逆铣方式、刀尖圆弧半径对刀具磨损的影响。

Abstract:Titanium alloy is very difficult to cut , and the tool wear is serious .In order to reduce the tool wear and fore-cast the tool durability in high speed milling , the mechanism of tool wear in high speed milling of titanium alloy is studied , and a method of predicting tool wear is presented based on the cutting experiment .The mathematic models of tool wear are built in state of rough milling and finish milling , and the effect of milling mode and the radius of tool are researched .
