| Abstract: | According to the distribution feature of non rigid effect measuring errors of bridge type CMM, the non rigid errors of CMM are analyzed by means of the stress distortion analysis and the modeling for components of CMM, and a new idea for the error compensation of high precision CMM is provided. |
