高斯—牛顿法在关节式柔性三坐标测量机参数辨识中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种自行设计的六自由度关节式柔性三坐标测量机,并对该测量机的结构参数进行辨识,提出了一种基于空间两点距离的标定方法。该方法使用API激光跟踪仪作为基准,利用非线性最小二乘中的高斯—牛顿法,求解测量机测量方程的参数值。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效提高测量机的整体精度。

Abstract:A self-designed 6 DOF articulated flexible coordinate measuring machine (FCMM) is introduced in this paper. The parameters of the measuring equation of this machine are identified. A kind of calibration method based on the distance of two points is proposed. In the scheme API laser tracker is utilized as benchmark, Gauss-Newton method, a non-linear least square computational method, is used to solve the measuring equation of the CMM, to get the precise parameter of the machine. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the over-all accuracy of the flexible cord measuring machine.
