麻花钻后刀面螺旋锥面刃磨法的研究

摘    要:在分析和研究锥面刃磨法和变导程螺旋面刃磨法的基础上,提出了麻花钻后刀面螺旋锥面刃磨法并构建了相关的数学模型。采用螺旋锥面刃磨法不仅能得到麻花钻直线主刀刃和更理想的后角值分布,而且解决了采用变导程螺旋面刃磨法钻芯强度较弱以及采用锥面刃磨法存在的后刀面"翘尾"现象。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis and research of the cone sharpening method and variable lead helical sharpening method,a new sharpening method-helical cone sharpening method has been put forward and its mathematical model has been established.With the helical cone sharpening method not only the straight major cutting edge and the better distribution of the clearance angle can be obtained,but also the problems,that the strength of the drill's core is not strong enough when sharpened with the variable lead helical sharpening method and the tail's raising of the drill'flank when sharpened with the cone sharpening method,can be resolved.
