长啁啾光纤光栅传感特性分析及分布式位置识别研究

针对复杂环境下传统位置传感器易受电磁干扰、复合材料兼容性差等缺点提出了基于长啁啾光纤光栅的分布式位置传感系统。通过对长啁啾光纤光栅传感原理的理论分析,得到其反射谱与作用力位置之间的关系,利用相关匹配算法对长啁啾光纤光栅的特征谱序列进行解调,并搭建了基于长啁啾光纤光栅分布式位置识别测试系统。试验结果表明:在0-300mm范围内,其位置传感监测曲线的线性相关系数大于99.98%;与标准位置测试数据进行对比,其误差低于±1mm。该传感方法适用于复杂环境下位置传感系统的分布式测量,具有较高的参考意义和实际应用价值。

Research on Sensing Characteristics and Distributed Position Identification of Long Chirped Fiber Bragg Grating

Because of the traditional position sensor's vulnerability to electromagnetic interference and the poor compatibility with composite materials,a distributed position sensing system based on long chirped fiber gratings is proposed.By the theoretical analysis of the long chirped fiber bragg grating's sensing principle,the relationship between the reflection spectrum and the force position is obtained,and the correlation matching algorithm is used to demodulate the characteristic spectrum sequence of the long chirped fiber grating.A distributed position recognition system based on long chirped fiber gratings is built.The experimental results show that in the range of 0-300mm,the linear correlation coefficient of the position sensing monitoring curve is greater than 99.98％.And compared with the test data at standard positions,the error is less than ± 1 mm.This method for a position sensing system is suitable for distributed measurement in a complex environment,showing a high reference and practical application value.
