| 摘 要： | 提出一种通过调节定位及测量部件测量多种规格轴径的方法，基于该方法研制了一种用于实时在线测量的柔性轴径测量仪。介绍了该测量仪的工作原理和结构设计，并对测量所用传感器的测量精度进行了实验验证。

| Abstract: | A method to detect various axle diameters by adjusting the positioning and measuring components was put forward.Based on the method,a kind of flexible measuring instrument for axle diameters used for on-line and rear-time measurement was developed.The working principle and structure design of this instrument were introduced,and the accuracy of sensor used for measurement was validated by experiment. |
