大直径间接测量方法的比较

摘    要:大于500mm的孔、轴和圆盘等机械装备工业中应用广泛,但实现高精度的测量仍然存在诸多问题。目前间接测量是大直径测量仪器的发展方向,因此本文主要总结大部分现有直径间接测量方法原理和主要的误差因素。在设定的参数条件下,计算各种方法的极限误差。通过对误差的分析和比较,为工程实际问题选择具体方法提供理论基础。

Abstract:Machines and equipments such as holes,axles and discs with large diameter more than 500 mm have been widely applicated.However,it still has so many obstacles on the way to high accuracy and precision measurements.At presen t,indirect measurment become the development direction of measuring lagre diameter.So this paper just includes lots of available methods of indirect measurements of large diameter and their error factors.Under the known parameters,the limit errors of those are showed out by numerical calc...
