摘    要:为了实现三坐标测量机高速度、高效率、高精度测量,需要对测量机动态测量直接计算机控制(DCC)参数进行优化选择。本文使用正交试验方法确定测量机DCC参数最优组合,实现了以较少的试验分析各参数对测量精度的影响以及参数的优化选择。

Abstract:In order to achieve high speed,high efficiency and high precision in dynamic measure of three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine,the dynamic direct computer control parameters of CMM need to be optimum selected.the influence of every DCC parameters on the CMM dynamic measurement precision is analyzed with orthogonal test method and the optimum DCC parameters are selected by fewer experiments.
