摘    要:进行了工程陶瓷一维、二维超声磨削试验;通过对超声磨削陶瓷工件表面划痕轨迹的计算机模拟仿真,重点分析了安装角与二维超声相位差对单颗磨粒运动轨迹的影响;通过对比超声磨削试验SEM照片,讨论了超声磨削各参数对加工质量的影响。研究结果完善了加工因素对去除率的影响规律。

Abstract:The grinding experiments on the one dimensional and two dimensional ultrasonic grinding engineering ceramics are studied. Through the computer simulation of trace of single abrasive grain in ultrasonic grinding, the influence of setting-angle and phase difference of two dimensional ultrasonic grinding on the trace of single abrasive grain is analyzed and the influence of parameters in ultrasonic grinding on the grinding quality is also discussed with comparing the SEM photos in the experiments. The research results would perfect the affecting laws of produce factors on material removing rate.
