摘    要:提出了一种基于激光三角测距原理的圆度误差在线检测新方法。论述了检测系统的构成、测量原理和测量方法,讨论了主轴回转误差的分离,最后在普通车床上进行了实验验证,并用三坐标测量机作了对比测量,结果表明,两种测量方法的标准差均为0.75μm,两者间相对误差平均为4%。

Abstract:A new on-machine roundness measurement method based on laser triangle principle is proposed.The measuring system is described;the measuring principle and method,and the motion error separation are discussed.To validate the feasibility of the proposed method,an experiment is carried out on a common lathe,and a compare measurement is made on a CMM.The results show that the relative error is 4% on average and the repeatability is 0.75 in terms of standard deviation.
