摘    要:对添加纳米级金刚石微粉的表面复合镀膜进行了性能试验和分析 ,结果表明 :镀层硬度达 10 0 0~115 0HV ,镀层晶粒致密 ,无方向性 ,抗剥落强度和耐磨性显著提高。金刚石微粉复合镀膜技术应用于实际生产可显著提高刀具和零件的使用寿命

Abstract:The performance test and analysis of the compound coated film added the nanometer grade diamond micro-powder are carried out. The results show that the hardness of the coated film is 1000~1150HV, and the crystal grains in the coated film are compact without directivity, so that the anti-desquamating strength and grinding endurance of the coated film are improved significantly. By applying the coating technology in productive practices, the service life of the cutting tools and parts can be increased greatly.
