| 摘 要： | 介绍了透入式感应加热原理,论述了加热温度与线圈电流、频率之间的关系,建立了45钢型热装刀具夹头加热的温度模型,给出了工频加热的理论依据,为刀柄热缩机的设计提供理论参考与数据支持。

| Abstract: | The principle of the permeability of introduction heating is introduced,the relations among the heating temperature,coil current and the frequency are demonstrated.With the temperature model of the 45# steel thermo grip,the author also gives the theoretical equation,which provides the theory reference and data support for the design of the grip heating equipment. |
