高速干切削时金属陶瓷刀具磨损的试验研究

摘    要:对金属陶瓷刀具高速干切削45钢时的磨损情况进行了试验和分析。结果表明,进给量对金属陶瓷刀具后刀面磨损的影响与切削速度和刀具磨损形态密切相关,对刀具寿命的影响与低速湿切削时存在较大差异。

Abstract:The test and analysis for wear of cermet cutter during high-speed dry cutting 45 steel are carried out. The result shows that the effect of feeds on cutter's flank wear is in close relationship with cutting speed and wear feature, and the effect on tool life is different from that in low-speed wet cutting.
