| 摘 要： | 通过采用陶瓷刀具对８６ＣｒＭｏＶ７淬火态轧辊钢进行干切削试验，分析了干切削淬硬钢的特点，研究了陶瓷刀具材料及刀具几何参数的优选、刀具磨损特性及Ｔ┐Ｖ规律、加工表面粗糙度等，得出了对实际加工具有指导和参考作用的结论。

| Abstract: | By cutting test of dry turning 86CrMoV7 hardened roller steel using ceramic tools,the characteristics of dry cutting hardened steel are analyzed,and optimizations of ceramic tool materials and tool geometric parameters,tool wear and relationship between tool life T and cutting speed V ,the roughness of machined surface are investigated ,and some useful conclusions are obtained |
