摘    要:提出利用切削状态当量电阻作为导电加热切削中的电流控制参数,并对该参量和切削用量的变化关系进行了分析。试验证明,切削状态当量电阻能有效反映切削条件的变化,通过检测其变化可实现导电加热切削加热电流的最佳控制。

Abstract:Cutting state resistance is proposed as a state parameter for the adaptive controlling of heating current in electric hot machining. A research on the relationship between this parameter and cutting conditions is carried out. The experimental results show that cutting state resistance is an effective parameter for detecting the change of cutting conditions. As a result, the optimum heating current in electric hot machining can be gained by means of measuring this parameter.
