摘    要:数据测量是逆向工程中的一个重要阶段,测量数据的精度是决定着后续数字化模型能否在误差控制范围内还原为已有实物的关键。本文基于一种先进测量设备——ATOS三维光学测量系统,对该系统在测量过程中产生的误差来源进行了详尽的分析,总结了测量实物时误差产生的特点,提出了提高三维激光扫描仪测量精度的三种方法。结合某叶片模具活块,定量分析比较了三种方法改善测量精度的效果,指出坐标系的设定和坐标系堆叠的流程是控制测量精度的关键。

Abstract:Data measuring is an important stage in reverse engineering, and the precision of measuring data is the key which decides whether the model of later digitlization or not can restore the shape of the actual objects in the error control-ling scope. The paper is based on an advanced measuring equipment-ATOS 3D-optical measuring system. The error source in carrying on data measuring in detail is analyzed, and the characteristic of error in measuring actual objects is summa- rized, and three methods which can improve the measuring precision of 3D laser scanner are found. Combining with the mould part of the blade, the analysis on promoting the precision of measuring based on these methods is achieved quantita-tively. The key of improving measuring precision, which including setting the coordinate system and the process of stacking coordinate system is proposed.
