发射装置后防振片压延故障分析

摘    要:发射装置的后防振器安装在发射装置腹板内侧,挂弹后可用于消除导弹后吊挂与发射装置导轨腹板之间的挂装间隙,防止导弹在挂飞过程中产生间隙振动。其工作是否正常直接影响导弹挂飞过程中的防振功能。在外场使用过程中,发现个别后防振片有压延的现象,影响到了产品的正常使用。本文通过分析后防振片的工作原理,找出造成后防振片压延的主要因素。结合工程应用情况,通过规范加工方法和检查材料硬度防止了后防振片压延故障的产生。

Abstract:The back snubber installs inside the web of launcher, which is used to eliminating the gap between the back hanging of missile and the guide rail of launcher. Also it can prevent the vibration of missile caused from the gap while flying. And whether it can work normally or not will directly affect the use of products. In this paper the main factors for the deformation were found out through analyzing the working principle of the snubber. Combined with engineering applications, the fault for deformation of the snubber was prevented by standing processing methods and checking the hardness of materials.
